Job description

Turn your horticulture expertise into a lasting community impact.
Jordan Valley Water Conservancy District is seeking a Horticulturist and Lead Curator to help maintain and enhance our Conservation Garden's living plant collection. This hands-on position combines advanced horticulture, irrigation troubleshooting, plant collection management, staff training, garden design, and public education. You will collaborate with experienced garden professionals, help guide seasonal staff, and play an important role in introducing and establishing new plants throughout the Garden.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who values variety, enjoys solving complex landscape challenges, and wants their work to educate and inspire the community.
The position works primarily outdoors in changing weather conditions and offers a seasonally varied 40-hour schedule, including some evening and weekend assignments.
