Job description

Western Hills Animal Medical and Surgical Clinic is located in Montgomery , Texas at 19380 HWY 105 W, STE 514. We are passionate about the health and well-being of our furry friends in and around our community. We are seeking confident and experienced Vet Technicians who can actively lead with positive motivation and genuine enthusiasm.

Qualified Veterinary Assistant candidates will have at least 1 year of experience and have the following qualities and skills: TPR, maintain medical records, triage, venipuncture, catheter placement, lab analysis, dentistry, radiology, anesthesia monitoring, pharmacy, patient recovery, kennel technician experience, reception, the ability to communicate with clients, function under pressure, surgical technician skills, and a sincere attitude of compassion and dedication. Must be able to work well with all personality types.

Necessary Skills and Abilities Include: Ability to lift up to 30 pounds. Ability to physically and comfortably interact with animals. Excellent communication and time management skills. Ability to offer outstanding and consistent customer service
