Sales Management
- Oversee and implement MAPs (Motivation, Accountability, Performance) for
CMs, ensuring sales goals are met.
- Plan and execute sales and operational training during store visits, focusing on
underperformance and sales growth.
- Develop CMs through shadowing opportunities for MAP and Velocity execution.
- Lead and execute monthly RSM meetings, Rally Calls, underperformer training,
and quarterly All Hands meetings.
- Monitor daily sales activities, marketing, and task completion.
- Review and ensure execution of new sales items (e.g., Hoopla, PROMO rundown,
SPIFs).
- Review incentive plans and provide performance coaching during store visits.
Operations Management
- Monitor store opening processes and ensure operational compliance (CPOG,
demos, merchandising).
- Conduct periodic accessory and phone counts, ensuring inventory accuracy.
- Complete operations checklists and follow up on open tickets.
- Audit cash handling procedures and monitor store hours.
Personnel Management
- Manage employee scheduling to ensure adherence and policy compliance.
- Oversee staffing, recruitment, and employee performance reviews.
- Provide weekly staffing updates and manage ADP employee changes.
Communication & Reporting
- Communicate sales updates, daily tasks, and performance via GroupMe.
- Conduct store visits to monitor performance and provide coaching.
- Prepare weekly agendas, manage after-hours issues, and submit expense
reports.
- Recognize and motivate employees to enhance morale.

- Experience in retail management, with a focus on sales, operations, and
personnel development.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and locations effectively.
Requirements
- Must have the ability to travel locally on a weekly basis to conduct store visits.
- Must have availability to work a full-time schedule which may include evenings,
weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must have strong interpersonal, communication, and organization skills.
- Must be able to endure moderate physical activity; requires handling of
average-weight objects up to 30 pounds or standing for long periods of time.
