  • Monday–Friday afternoons

  • Approximately 1:30 PM–5:30 PM

  • Wednesdays begin around 12:30 PM for early release

  • No evenings

  • No weekends

What You'll Do

Every afternoon is different, but you'll be the person who keeps everything running smoothly.

You'll:

  • Lead an after-school program serving elementary-age keiki

  • Coach, mentor, and support Group Leaders and Aides

  • Create a fun, welcoming environment where children feel safe and engaged

  • Plan activities including games, enrichment, homework support, and outdoor play

  • Build positive relationships with families, school staff, and your team

  • Manage daily attendance, communication, and site operations

  • Help develop future leaders while creating an amazing experience for every child

You're a Great Fit If You...

You don't need to have been a classroom teacher to succeed here.

We're looking for people who have experience leading others and enjoy working with children, including:

  • Coaches

  • Camp counselors

  • Youth ministry leaders

  • Scout leaders

  • Education assistants

  • Recreation leaders

  • Childcare professionals

  • Anyone who's successfully led groups of children

What You'll Need
  • At least 18 years old

  • High school diploma or GED

  • 2+ years of experience working with children and leading others

  • Strong communication and leadership skills

  • Positive attitude and dependable work ethic

  • Availability Monday–Friday afternoons
