FLORIDA LICENSED HOME INSPECTOR

(Newly Licensed or Experienced Inspectors Welcome)

Location: Central Florida

Newly licensed inspectors are encouraged to apply. We are willing to invest in the right individual who demonstrates professionalism, integrity and a strong desire to learn.

POSITION SUMMARY

Perform residential and commercial property inspections to identify and document observable deficiencies, material defects, safety concerns and deferred maintenance items. Inspectors are expected to provide exceptional customer service, communicate findings clearly and produce accurate, professional inspection reports.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Active Florida Home Inspector License
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Computer proficiency and ability to learn inspection software
  • Ability to work independently and manage a daily schedule
  • Experience in construction, building trades, engineering, insurance, real estate, management, education, military service, fire service or related fields is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct residential and commercial property inspections
  • Identify and document material defects, safety concerns and maintenance issues
