Responsabilités du poste

Raison d'être du poste :
Le/la mécanicien(ne) industriel doit s'assurer de travailler de façon sécuritaire tout en respectant l'environnement à l'entretien des différentes machines de production, le tout conformément aux prescriptions du système de gestion intégré et autres directives de l'organisation.
Responsabilités principales :
- Installer, déplacer, entretenir, réparer et ajuster tout outillage et pièces de machinerie ou d'équipements (nouveau et existant) tels que pompes, compresseurs, balances mécaniques, réservoirs. L'installation comprend l'ajustement des bases, l'alignement des ancrages, la mise en place des moteurs.
- Installer, déplacer, entretenir, réparer et ajuster toute structure métallique se rattachant à une membrure métallique existante.
- Préparer le matériel, assembler et installer des systèmes fixes métalliques ainsi que les chariots.
- Contrôle pneumatique: montage, dépannage et réparation.
- Hydraulique: montage, dépannage et réparation de l'équipement et réseau flexible.
