Your role as a Help Desk Specialist
Join our dynamic team at IntePros Federal as a Help Desk Specialist in Washington DC. In this role, you will be providing Tier I & Tier II support, responding to high call volumes within a small team setting. Your responsibilities will include offering phone support during core business hours and on-call support after hours and on weekends, ensuring that our clients receive timely assistance.
You will also administer user accounts using Active Directory, manage email accounts through Microsoft Exchange, and support VDI and virtual environments. Additionally, you will configure and deploy desktop and network hardware, support National Security Systems Public Key Infrastructure, and monitor systems like the Automated Message Handling System.
