Primary Care Physician — Bilingual Spanish — Northwest Houston, TX (Onsite). Confidential search presented by StaffMed Health Partners.

The Opportunity: Own a manageable panel of adult patients, practice at a steady, humane pace, and be measured on quality of care rather than volume. A dedicated support team and modern tools handle the busywork. New graduates and experienced physicians are both welcome. The client is an established, physician-led primary care organization delivering technology-enabled, value-based care, growing across Texas. The clinic sits in Northwest Houston, about 20 minutes south of The Woodlands. Full practice details shared once we connect.

At a Glance:

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 5:00, with a protected half day off each week.

What You Will Do:

  • Work Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 5:00, with a protected half day off each week.
  • Share weekend and holiday call on a rotating basis, roughly every third weekend.
  • Help lead the clinic's shift toward value-based, patient-centered care.

Practice snapshot: Outpatient, panel-based, adults only, a few hundred members ramping over about 90 days. One-to-one medical assistant to physician, front office staff, and an onsite office manager. EHR transition to eClinicalWorks underway.
