  • The Informatics & Analytics Analyst provides hands-on reporting, analytics, data validation, documentation, and operational support across healthcare data and reporting environment.

  • This role supports the Informatics function by assisting with:

    • Clinical, financial, operational, pharmacy, quality, grants, and executive reporting

    • Power BI dashboard support and enhancement

    • Snowflake-based querying, validation, and analysis

    • Report inventory, documentation, and data lineage

    • Data quality review and source-to-report reconciliation

    • KPI definition and Data Governance Committee support

    • Recurring reporting and stakeholder request support



  • The Informatics & Analytics Analyst helps ensure data and reports are accurate, timely, documented, and useful for decision-making. This position works closely with the Lead Healthcare Informaticist / Analytics Developer, IT, HIM, Clinical Operations, Quality, Grants, Finance, Pharmacy, Revenue Cycle, and executive stakeholders.

  • This is not intended to be an entry-level reporting role. The position requires enough healthcare data, Snowflake, SQL, Power BI, Excel, and validation experience to contribute quickly while continuing to grow into more advanced healthcare analytics and informatics responsibilities.


REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES



  • Proficiency in:

    • Snowflake

    • SQL querying

    • Power BI report support or development

    • Microsoft Excel for analysis, reconciliation, and validation

    • Data validation and QA

    • Report documentation

    • Requirements gathering

    • Source-to-report comparison

    • Dashboard testing and maintenance

    • Experience with:

    • Healthcare data and reporting

    • Snowflake-based data analysis, validation, or reporting

    • Power BI or similar analytics/reporting tools

    • SQL queries used for reporting, validation, or dashboard support

    • Manual and automated reporting workflows

    • Data quality review and discrepancy investigation

    • Stakeholder-facing reporting support

    • Working understanding of:

    • Clinical, operational, financial, pharmacy, quality, or grants reporting

    • EHR reporting concepts

    • Data governance and KPI standardization







    • HIPAA and responsible handling of healthcare data



  • Preferred experience with:

    • AthenaOne reporting

    • AthenaOne DataView

    • Power Query

    • DAX

    • Microsoft Fabric

    • SQL Server

    • Tableau

    • Azara DRVS

    • ETL/ELT concepts

    • Semantic models or data warehouse concepts

    • Row-level security or role-based reporting access

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS





    • Bachelor's degree required; equivalent experience may be considered.

    • 3+ years of experience in healthcare reporting, business intelligence, informatics, analytics, finance analytics, quality reporting, or a related data role.

    • Experience using Snowflake for data analysis, querying, validation, reporting, or dashboard support.

    • Experience using SQL for reporting, data extraction, validation, or discrepancy analysis.

    • Experience supporting reports, dashboards, recurring analytics, or operational reporting processes.

    • Required experience:

    • Healthcare, healthcare operations, clinical reporting, finance reporting, quality reporting, public health, or healthcare informatics environment.

    • Power BI, Excel, SQL, and Snowflake-based reporting or analytics support.

    • Data validation, source-to-report reconciliation, and documentation.

    • Strongly preferred:

    • FQHC, community health, or public health experience.

    • HRSA / UDS reporting experience.

    • Grants reporting experience.

    • Clinical quality measure / CQM reporting experience.

    • Provider productivity reporting experience.

    • Pharmacy or 340B reporting experience.

    • Revenue cycle or payer mix reporting experience.

    • AthenaOne, AthenaOne DataView, Azara DRVS, or similar healthcare reporting platform experience.
