Job description

We are looking for an experienced bilingual Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Registered Nurse for the position of Health Educator at Quilez & Associates, Inc. Our company is dedicated to promoting cardiovascular health and well-being through our screening services. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of our screening process.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform consultations based on the results of biometric screenings, such as blood pressure, BMI, height and weight measurements, cholesterol and glucose screenings, and osteoporosis screenings.

• Conduct Mild Cognitive Impairment screening, PHQ-2 screening, medication adherence discussion, and smoking cessation during the consultation.

• Provide a list of local providers available on the iPad.

Qualifications:

• Certified/Licensed Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant or Registered Nurse.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

• Familiarity with medical equipment and technology.

• Bilingual in Spanish.
