- Professionalism: Respond to all requests and inquiries from guests and staff with the highest level of professionalism.
- Program Management: Oversee the administration of client programs, including dotFIT and supplement integration.
- Onboarding: Participate in our paid onboarding program to master the fundamentals of sales and business growth.
- Experience: Proven background in customer service and sales; experience in a spa or wellness environment is preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to set up and execute successful weekend events.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Certifications:
- Current CPR/AED certification.
