What You'll Do


  • Meet homeowners at company-scheduled appointments
  • Evaluate HVAC replacement opportunities
  • Design solutions that fit each customer's home and budget
  • Present equipment options and explain features and benefits
  • Build trust and confidently close sales
  • Prepare proposals, pricing, photos, and documentation
  • Follow up on pending opportunities
  • Work closely with our installation and operations teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience


What We're Looking For


  • 2+ years of residential HVAC sales experience
  • Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems
  • Proven ability to build rapport and close sales
  • Comfortable using tablets and sales software (ServiceTitan experience is a plus)
  • Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

  • Monday-Friday
  • Some evenings and weekends based on customer availability
