Maintenance & Grounds Supervisor

Zumbrota-Mazeppa Public Schools
Full-Time | Year-Round | 260 Days

Zumbrota-Mazeppa Public Schools is seeking a motivated and experienced Maintenance & Grounds Supervisor to lead the maintenance and upkeep of our district's buildings, grounds, and facility systems. This leadership position plays a key role in providing safe, clean, and well-maintained learning environments for our students, staff, and community.

What You'll Do

  • Lead district maintenance and grounds operations.
  • Oversee preventative maintenance and facility repairs.
  • Coordinate projects with Head of Facilities
  • Support custodial operations and capital improvement projects.
  • Ensure facilities are safe, efficient, and well-maintained.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Experience in building maintenance, facilities, or grounds management.
  • Leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • A valid driver's license.
