Job Description
The incumbent in this position is responsible for performing routine and preventive maintenance and repairs throughout the Seminole Tribe of Florida Recreation buildings, facilities and equipment ensuring the clean and safe operations. High School Diploma or equivalent GED is required. A minimum of one (1) year of experience in the maintenance and repair of buildings and grounds is required. Vocational/technical training in maintenance/ mechanical repair or any combination of education/training and experience will be considered. The possession of a valid Florida Driver's License is required. Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Must have the ability to travel to all Seminole Reservations and to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays is required.
