We're looking for an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, lead teams, and ensure every project is completed with excellence. In this role, you'll partner with the Store Manager to deliver outstanding execution, coach team members, and help create a safe, organized, and customer-focused environment.

What You'll Do:
  • Support daily store operations, including merchandising, product resets, remodels, and special projects.
  • Lead assigned shifts and serve as Manager on Duty when needed.
  • Coach, train, and motivate team members while reinforcing company standards and best practices.
  • Monitor project progress and help ensure work is completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Build positive relationships with customers, store leadership, and team members.
  • Promote a culture of safety by modeling safe work practices and maintaining clean, organized work areas.
  • Utilize company technology and reporting systems to support daily operations and project execution.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:
  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Two or more years of retail, grocery, merchandising, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Willingness to travel between locations as scheduled and assigned, both in the local pod and the wider region

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand and walk throughout the entire shift.
  • Frequently bend, stoop, kneel, squat, reach, and climb a step ladder.
  • Lift and carry products weighing up to 30 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
  • Safely move carts, fixtures, and merchandising equipment as needed.
