About the Role:
KindHearted Healthcare Services Inc is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing team in Laurel, MD. Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care including wound care, medication administration, and vital sign monitoring
  • Assist in developing and implementing individualized patient care plans
  • Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress accurately in medical records
  • Educate patients and families on health management, medications, and discharge instructions
  • Monitor patient conditions and report changes to supervising nurses or physicians promptly
  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and infection control standards
Requirements:
  • Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of Maryland
  • Experienced in Tracheostomy and Ventilator.
  • Skilled in Gastrostomy Tube.
  • Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Previous clinical nursing experience preferred but new graduates are welcome to apply
  • Strong knowledge of nursing procedures, medical terminology, and patient care standards
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills
  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care with a strong work ethic
