Position Overview
As an LPN Charge Nurse, you will oversee daily nursing care, supervise staff, and ensure care plans are followed with professionalism and compassion. Our Charge Nurses work a rotation schedule, and weekend availability is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and supervise nursing care for residents
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary care teams
  • Perform general nursing and medication administration duties
