Job description

  • POSITION SUMMARY
    • Position Summary:
      • Under the supervision of the clinic physician, advanced practice provider, or registered nurse, the licensed practical nurse provides safe, efficient patient care to assigned patients in the clinic setting. Performs as a positive member of the healthcare team.
  • POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
    • Minimum Education
      • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing/licensed practical nursing program
    • Minimum Experience
      • Hospital experience within the past 5 years preferred
    • Required Registration/License/Certification
      • Current Kansas LPN license
      • Intravenous (IV) certification preferred
      • Basic Life Support certification from either American Red Cross CPR/AED for Health Care Provider or Basic Life Support (American Heart Association-Health Care Provider) successfully obtained within the first 90 days of employment
