Marketing Team Member

Position Overview

The Marketing Team Member plays a key role in promoting Chick-fil-A Northport and Chick-fil-A Northport West through community engagement, events, social media support, and in-restaurant promotions. This position is responsible for helping create memorable experiences for guests while strengthening the Chick-fil-A brand in the local community. While specifically focusing on Marketing, this team member will be expected to be a contributing member of our team and can assist as the business needs.

This is a flexible, part-time role with limited weekly hours and opportunities to assist with a variety of marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning and executing community events, spirit nights, and restaurant promotions.
  • Support local marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness and guest engagement
  • Help create content for social media, including photos, videos, and event highlights
  • Represent Chick-fil-A at community events, schools, businesses, and partner organizations
  • Assist with setting up and managing promotional materials, displays, and giveaways
  • Support in-store experiences that create memorable moments for guests
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the Chick-fil-A brand and represent it positively in all interactions
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure marketing initiatives align with restaurant goals
  • Help identify opportunities to build relationships within the local community

Schedule & Availability

  • Flexible scheduling based on marketing events and restaurant needs
  • Typical shifts range from 2–4 hours
  • Availability may include evenings, weekends, and occasional special events
  • Generally scheduled for a limited number of hours per week depending on marketing activities. (Thursday Nights and Saturdays required)

Qualifications

  • Ability to lift and transport marketing materials up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to participate in indoor and outdoor events in varying weather conditions
