Responsibilities
Your Role:
• Lead: Run your own caseload of personal injury matters with full team support.
• Guide: Manage and mentor your own Paralegal, Case Manager, or understudy Attorney.
• Advocate: Take depositions, draft demands, and lead settlement negotiations.
• As an attorney at Emery Law Office, you'll spend your day practicing law, not networking for new clients or handling administrative tasks
Qualifications
Who You Are:
• Licensed: Active member of the Kentucky Bar
• Experienced: 5+ years of personal injury experience (we have some flexibility here).
• Driven: Former insurance defense attorneys or adjusters who want to fight for the "little guy" are highly encouraged to apply!
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and new legal tech.
• Good Human: You possess high empathy and zero ego. High-maintenance or no sense of humor, people will not fit in here.
