Full-Time 50 HRS/week

Papa Johns is hiring a results‑driven General Manager to lead daily operations, grow sales, and build a high‑performing team. This role requires strong leadership, accountability, and hands‑on operational excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Lead daily store operations and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Work average 50 hours/week with required presence on peak business days (Halloween, Super Bowl, holidays, long weekends).
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members and future Shift Leaders.
  • Maintain full training compliance and accurate Pizza Academy records.
  • Control food, labor, and mileage costs.
  • Complete precise weekly inventory counts and address variances.
  • Manage cash handling, deposits, and shift accountability.
  • Keep store inspection‑ready at all times (cleanliness, dough management, product dating, equipment).
  • Oversee cleaning schedules, preventive maintenance, and equipment care.
  • Execute local store marketing to drive sales.
Success Metrics
  • Customer Feedback (SMG) scores meet or exceed corporate standards.
  • Food cost variance within 0.50% of target.
  • Store remains inspection‑ready every shift.
  • Completion of MDP Advance training within 90 days.
