Job description

Description Serves as the first point of contact for members and guests at the Ballantrae Golf Club Pro Shop, providing exceptional customer service in person and over the phone. Responsibilities include welcoming customers, booking tee times, assisting with member accounts, supporting daily golf shop operations, maintaining inventory, and ensuring efficient and positive guest experience. Representative List of Essential Duties and Responsibilities This list is not intended to be all-inclusive nor exclusive but is intended to provide examples of typical duties performed.

Manages daily tee sheet, pace of play, updates daily course and practice facility information. Charges appropriate fees and assists customers with operations questions. Assists with merchandising and inventory for the golf shop.

Assists members with account inquiries, charges, payments, and other member account-related transactions. Follows established cash, deposit and payment handling processes. Conducts basic office duties as needed and order office supplies.

Assists with updating content and maintenance of social media accounts. Assist with tournament preparation, scoring, and administration. Available to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Establishes and maintains effective work relationships with others.
