From agronomic practices to daily presentation, Bridgesong is being built with intention. Joining the team at this stage offers a rare opportunity to contribute to the creation of a championship-caliber golf course from its earliest phases through opening and beyond.

The Opportunity

We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented Golf Course Maintenance Operators to join our agronomy team. This role is hands-on and integral to both the grow-in phase and the long-term conditioning of the golf course.

This is an ideal position for individuals who take pride in their work, value precision, and want to be part of building something exceptional—not simply maintaining the status quo.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute daily maintenance practices to support turf establishment and championship-level playing conditions
  • Assist with irrigation setup, monitoring, and adjustments throughout grow-in and ongoing operations
  • Operate a full range of equipment, including walk-behind and riding mowers for greens, tees, fairways, and rough
  • Safely operate tractors, skid steers, sprayers, and other specialized turf equipment
  • Perform detailed handwork including trimming, edging, and fine course presentation
  • Maintain bunkers to consistent standards of playability and aesthetics
  • Support ongoing construction, shaping, and course improvement initiatives
  • Assist with tree management and landscape care programs
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and care of maintenance facilities and equipment
  • Contribute to a disciplined, team-oriented environment focused on execution and detail
