Role Summary
In addition to the hourly rate ($20), you're eligible for a $500 and a $1,500 bonus opportunities. See below for the details.  
 
Wolfe is seeking Production Equipment Operators to join our Gift Card production team on a seasonal contract.  In this role you will operate specialized production equipment — including the Datacard MX6100 card personalization machine and the Bell & Howell inserter — to produce reward, loyalty, and gift card packages, and support related shipping and fulfillment functions. Compensation
  • $20 per hour
  • $500 bonus upon completion of training on your first machine  
  • $1500 when you work through December 31, 2026  

Contract Period
  • This is the seasonal contract through December 31st, 2026.  

Work Hours
  • The initial work hours for training will be from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. 
  • In the first week of November, the shift will be transitioning to a shift schedule of 6:00 am - 3:00 pm or 2:30 pm - 11:30 pm. While we try to accommodate your preference, shift assignments are based on business need and cannot be guaranteed.  
  • Please note, this position may require overtime hours, holidays, and weekend work as needed based on business demands.  

Location 
  • Pittsburgh Fulfillment Center in Green Tree area (495 Mansfield Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15205) 

Background Check
  • Pre-employment background check is required: Previous employment history, Criminal record, and Credit history.  
  • As part of our compliance with Payment Card Industry standards, certain negative credit history may prevent us from moving forward with onboarding, even if an offer has been extended.  

Responsibilities
  • Operate production-area machines, functions, and processes.  
  • Complete all logs and quality checks for each transaction and conform to all quality and audit controls. 
  • Order, store, and track inventory of supplies, and support on-site storage, inventory, and record-management requests. 
  • Keep daily production flowing to meet service levels, moving to other areas of production as business needs require. 
  • Deliver first-class mail daily to the local USPS office using the company van. 
  • Communicate any issues or obstacles to the Manager and maintain a clean, organized work area. 

Qualifications
  • Able to commit to the full seasonal assignment through December 31, 2026, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as business demands. 
  • Able to stand for long periods, twist, stoop, and lift up to 40 lbs. 
  • High school diploma or equivalent; basic computer skills (using a mouse, sending and receiving email in Outlook) and basic math (addition and subtraction). 
  • Reliable and punctual, with consistent attendance and on-time arrival for all scheduled shifts; high attention to detail and good written and verbal communication. 
  • Experience with Datacard, Bell & Howell, and FedEx shipping preferred, but not required.
