General Laborer (HVAC Experience Preferred)

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer with HVAC experience to assist technicians in installing, maintaining, repairing, and removing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, can safely operate tools and equipment, and is committed to providing quality service while maintaining a safe work environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist HVAC technicians with residential and commercial installations, repairs, and maintenance.
  • Load, unload, transport, and organize HVAC equipment, tools, and materials.
  • Perform general labor tasks including demolition, cleanup, and job site preparation.
  • Install ductwork, insulation, vents, and basic HVAC components under supervision.
  • Assist with troubleshooting HVAC systems and equipment.
  • Maintain clean and organized work vehicles and job sites.
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, and other equipment safely.
  • Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies.
  • Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous general labor experience required.
  • HVAC experience preferred (installation, service, or maintenance).
  • EPA Certification is a plus but not required.
