Role Description This is a full-time, on-site General Laborer role based in the San Francisco Bay Area. The General Laborer supports construction and engineering projects by performing a variety of physical tasks such as loading and unloading materials, site cleanup, and basic demolition. Daily responsibilities may include using hand and power tools under supervision, assisting with trenching or grading, setting up and breaking down job sites, and helping move equipment and supplies. The role also involves following safety procedures, wearing required protective equipment, and reporting hazards or issues to supervisors. General Laborers collaborate with crew members and may be asked to perform other duties as needed to support project timelines and quality standards.
Qualifications
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, carrying, bending, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
