Requirements:
  • Physicians must be board certified in their specialty, or board eligible and will become board certified within 2 years of becoming board eligible in Gastroenterology - [REQUIRED] (no exceptions)
  • Valid MI license - [REQUIRED] - at time of employment.
  • DEA - [REQUIRED]
  • BLS Certification and maintain recertification - [REQUIRED]
  • Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) - [REQUIRED] * no exemption, required at presentation
