Description - Your Daily Impact

• Conduct routine and advanced laboratory tests-covering chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more-following established protocols meticulously.
• Evaluate test results for accuracy, identify any discrepancies, and execute preventative maintenance and calibration on laboratory instruments.
• Assist in sample collection and prepare specimens for analysis as required.
• Thoroughly document all processes, mentor new staff or students, and help maintain high lab quality standards.
• Ensure a clean, safe work environment by adhering to regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health degree in preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within the first year of employment.
• Maintaining certification throughout employment is mandatory.
