Currently, we seek to expand our team by welcoming a dynamic and seasoned Lead Full Stack Web Developer to drive our web development initiatives forward.

Job Description:

We are in search of a skilled and motivated Lead Full Stack Web Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess a robust background in both front-end and back-end development, with a proven track record of leading projects from inception to deployment. Your pivotal role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining our web applications to ensure they are high-performing, responsive, and scalable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of web applications from concept to deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and fellow developers.
  • Architect scalable and resilient architectures for our web applications.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code across front-end and back-end technologies.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers through code reviews and technical mentorship.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain our applications’ cutting-edge status.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
  • Manage CI/CD pipelines and undertake DevOps responsibilities as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Web Developer with a strong portfolio of web applications.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Proficiency in back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails, Java, or PHP.
  • Experience with database management systems including SQL, NoSQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git, GitHub, GitLab.
  • Knowledge of cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities, capable of working independently and within a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with mobile app development (iOS/Android).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Proficiency in containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker, Kubernetes.
