Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS), shipment tracking software, and basic MS Office skills is commonly required. Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills help agents coordinate effectively with drivers, clients, and other logistics professionals. These abilities are critical to ensuring on-time freight movement, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining client satisfaction during high-volume weekend shifts.
