Employment Support Specialist / DSP – Help Adults Succeed at Work

Looking for a meaningful job where you can help people succeed AND have your evenings and weekends free?

At ECHO, we're hiring an Employment Support Specialist to help adults with disabilities find, learn, and succeed in real jobs in the community.

  • Monday–Friday only (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
  • No nights. No weekends. No shift work.
  • Consistent schedule every week

What You'll Do (Real-World Impact)

This is not a desk job-you'll be out in the community supporting individuals at their workplaces.

  • Coach and support individuals on the job at local businesses
