In this senior leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing site execution, managing multiple crews and foremen, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring that all work is delivered on schedule and within scope. Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee field operations for multiple commercial and industrial concrete projects.

  • Manage site foremen, laborers, finishers, and subcontractors to ensure daily productivity.

  • Lead pre-construction meetings and coordinate schedules with project managers and clients.

  • Interpret and enforce project blueprints, engineering plans, and site specifications.

  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and company quality expectations.

  • Schedule and supervise all site activities including layout, excavation, formwork, rebar, pours, and curing.

  • Identify and resolve field issues quickly to avoid delays and ensure accuracy.

  • Maintain accurate documentation including progress logs, daily reports, and crew hours.

  • Act as primary site contact for inspectors, engineers, and clients.

  • Champion jobsite cleanliness, organization, and team morale.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 8 years of commercial concrete construction experience, with at least 3 in a superintendent or similar leadership role.

  • Strong expertise in foundation systems, rebar coordination, formwork, site logistics, and high-volume concrete placement.

  • Proven ability to lead multiple crews and subcontractors on concurrent job sites.

  • Ability to read blueprints, interpret specifications, and implement plans in the field.

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Familiarity with safety compliance, including OSHA standards.

  • No formal education required—extensive field experience is highly valued.
