Requirements and Description
Qualifications:• At least 3 years working in facility maintenance
• Passenger Boarding Bridge/ Conveyor experience
• A good working knowledge of energy management systems.
• The ability to troubleshoot 3-phase motors.
• Conveyor maintenance and repair experience.
• Experience with low voltage DC control systems.
• Experience maintaining and repairing a variety of HVAC equipment.
• The knowledge of, and ability to maintain plumbing systems.
• The ability to work with and provide your own hand tools.
• The ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
• The ability to climb ladders and work safely upon them.
• The ability to lift 70 Lbs.
• A good working knowledge of computers and common software, i.e., Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work 8-hour shifts and the flexibility to adapt to variable shift hours, including possible weekends and nights, as needed by the company.
• The ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
• HVAC or EPA 608 Certification and license is a benefit but not required.
Standard qualifications:
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must possess a Government ID and a Social Security card.
• Must be able to obtain and keep an airport security badge.
• Must have or be able to attain reliable transportation.
• Able to work in extreme conditions, such as hot and cold weather, as well as small spaces
• Able to receive appropriate security clearances after completing a criminal background check.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to work extended hours depending on operational needs.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
