Antwerpen Automotive is seeking an experienced Finance Manager with a proven track record to join our team in Baltimore, MD. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing financial operations and driving the company’s financial strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the company’s financial planning and budgeting processes.
  • Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.
  • Lead financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Manage accounting functions, including audits, tax filings, and month-end closing.
Requirements
  • Previous Auto Sales Experience is Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar financial leadership role.
  • Previous F & I Experience is a PLUS
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial analysis.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
