ROLE DESCRIPTION:Michael Adelsbach - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, attempting to assist or directing them to the appropriate team member.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
  • No Evenings or Weekends!

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Property and Casualty license Required but can obtain in the first 30 days.

No weekends or Evenings!
Compensation: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
