As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Nick Russell - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

  • Maintain reports and records of insurance policies
  • Process applications
  • Maintain regular contact with clients and answer questions and make changes to existing policies

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must be organized, able to multitask, and efficient
  • Must be self-motivated, reliable and have a positive attitude
  • PC skills
  • Possess a genuine and willingness to learn and be coachable
  • Excellent skills in communication and presentation
