ABOUT OUR AGENCY:I've been with State Farm for 10 years and just celebrated my 5th anniversary as an agent on December 7th! I'm proud to lead a team of four amazing women who bring diverse backgrounds to our office, including banking, teaching, auto sales, respiratory therapy, and even a YouTube influencer with over 100K followers.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Amy Davis - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
We look forward to connecting with you if you are the customer-focused and empathetic team member we are searching for. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
