We have an opportunity on our Commercial Lending Team and plan to hire an experienced Commercial Lender for our Downtown Lafayette branch to help lead our next steps in Tippecanoe County. ย The Bank is committed to continuing its growth in the Lafayette Community and this candidate will enjoy the synergies of a supportive management team and board of directors.ย

Requirements

As a general overview, this position will focus on Commercial Real Estate and Commercial & Industrial business development across our geographical footprint including:


Lead the community advocacy and outreach of the bank in the Tippecanoe County market, while growing the connections of the current team.


Predominantly prospect and develop new customer relationships while inheriting and managing some existing customer relationships.


Origination of Commercial Real Estate and Commercial & Industrial loans and deposit generation.


Ensure that lending activities result in maximum volume and minimal delinquency ratio.


Develop revenue growth through generation of loans while meeting production goals.


General support of management in bank operations including asset-liability management and marketing efforts.
