Job description

ITG Larson, based in White Plains, NY, is a technology consulting firm specializing in information technology, telecommunications, and security systems for a variety of industries. They offer services such as system design, integration, project management, and technology consulting to optimize client infrastructure. We're looking for a Warehouse & Delivery Lead to help keep our operations running smoothly every day. This is a hands-on role where you'll organize materials, manage inventory, stage orders, and make deliveries to local job sites. You'll be a key part of the team that keeps projects moving and field crews equipped to get the job done.
Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, unpack, verify, and store incoming materials and equipment.
  • Pull, kit, and stage materials for upcoming jobs and service calls.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse space.
  • Track inventory levels and communicate restock needs.
  • Load and unload company vehicles safely and efficiently.
  • Deliver materials to job sites as needed using company vehicles.
  • Support field teams and operations staff with day-to-day needs

Must-Have Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Physically fit: lifting, climbing, standing for long periods.
  • Reliable, punctual, strong work ethic.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for deliveries).

Nice-to-Have
  • Prior experience in warehouse, receiving, or construction trade shop.
  • Basic familiarity with hand tools and inventory tracking.
