Job description

Job Description Mitigation Technician Fort Worth, TX | Full-Time | Competitive pay + OT + Bonus Rytech Restoration is a national water damage and mold remediation company. Our Dallas-Fort Worth operation is one of several Texas territories under the same ownership, and we work directly with insurance carriers rather than chasing plumber referrals. This is a high-volume shop with real overtime available for anyone who wants the hours.

The Work When a home floods, we are who shows up. You will extract water, set drying equipment, run the job on site, and document it. Some of it is heavy, including demo.

Some of it is paperwork and talking a homeowner through a rough day. This is insurance work, done by the book, and we will train you on the rest. Where This Goes Technicians here move up to Project Manager, then Location Manager, and into our Contents and Rebuild divisions.

Two of our current franchise owners started as technicians. The partner who runs our Dallas-Fort Worth market started at $13 an hour out of a cargo van. That team is now 15 to 20 people.

Come in willing to learn, and we will build you into the person who runs the job. What You'll Do Respond to water losses: extraction, structural drying, dehumidification, cleanup, and demo when the job calls for it. Set, monitor, and adjust drying equipment.

Take moisture readings and document the job in our software. We will train you on it. Work alongside the crew, and over time take on more of the claim yourself.

Talk with homeowners and insurance adjusters as you grow into the role. Hold the line on safety. What We're Looking For Some background in demo, construction, trades, or hard physical work.

Reliable and coachable, willing to do the dirty parts of the job. Steady with people, including homeowners on a bad day. Valid driver's license, clean record.

Able to lift 70+ lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and standing water. IICRC certification is a plus. If you do not have it, we pay for it.

What We Offer Take-home company vehicle. Steady, year-round work. Performance bonus on top of your hourly.

On-call: one designated weeknight, the same night every week. Weekends are two techs, currently every other weekend and stretching out as we grow the team. We pay for IICRC certification and advanced coursework.

Health insurance, paid time off, cell phone reimbursement. A Word on the Schedule This is a 24/7/365 business. Water does not wait for business hours, and when we get busy it is demanding.

We would rather tell you now than have you find out later. The rotation is set in advance and you will always know your night. When you have weekend duty, we try to give you two weekdays off beforehand.

The partner who runs this market came up as a technician and builds the schedule around that. Job Type: Full-time. Work Location: In person.
