Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting various projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Provide executive administrative support, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Maintain and organize the Outlook Calendar for executives, ensuring all appointments are scheduled efficiently.
  • Assist in project coordination by tracking deadlines, preparing reports, and following up on action items.
  • Serve as a personal assistant to executives by preparing travel arrangements, expense reports, and other personal tasks.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an executive administrative support role or similar position.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
