Providence Community Health Centers, Inc. (PCHC) is seeking a dynamic, mission-driven executive to serve as its next President & Chief Executive Officer. This is a rare opportunity to lead one of New England's most respected Federally Qualified Health Centers at a pivotal moment of organizational transition and growth.

Founded in 1968, PCHC is the sole FQHC in Providence, Rhode Island, and serves nearly 80,000 patients annually, representing close to one-third of the city's population. With an annual operating budget of approximately $100 million, more than 500 employees, and a comprehensive network of community-based health centers, PCHC delivers integrated primary care, behavioral health, dental, and specialty services to diverse and underserved communities.

Reporting to an engaged Board of Directors, the President & CEO will provide strategic, operational, and financial leadership for this complex, multi-site organization. Following more than 25 years of stable leadership, the incoming CEO will build on a strong foundation of clinical quality, community trust, and organizational commitment while guiding PCHC through an evolving healthcare and reimbursement landscape.
