As the Executive Assistant supporting our Executive Director of Enterprise Operations, you'll play an important role in helping leaders stay focused on strategic priorities while ensuring day-to-day activities run smoothly. This position serves as a central point of coordination for executive activities, communications, reporting, and business initiatives. You'll support a dynamic organization, build relationships across the company, and help create the structure and organization that keeps work moving forward.

Job Description

The Executive Assistant provides comprehensive support to the Executive Director of Enterprise Operations and other leaders as needed. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, travel, communications, presentations, reporting, and special projects while helping manage the rhythm of the business. The individual selected will work across multiple business units, build relationships with leaders throughout the organization, and serve as a key coordination point among business partners, risk teams, communications teams, and administrative professionals. The role requires someone who can confidently manage competing priorities, adapt to changing business needs, proactively anticipate leadership needs, and leverage technology and process improvements to help create operational efficiency.

How You'll Spend Your Time
  • Coordinate complex calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and executive support activities.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, newsletters, and communications that support leadership meetings and business initiatives.
  • Manage recurring deliverables, key deadlines, and administrative processes that keep priorities on track.
  • Partner with leaders, business partners, risk teams, communications teams, and fellow Executive Assistants to coordinate activities and keep work moving forward.
  • Improve processes and leverage technology to increase efficiency and enhance executive support activities.
  • Support special projects, take initiative to drive work toward completion, and help meet evolving business needs across Enterprise Operations.
Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of an Associate's Degree and 4-6 years' executive level administrative experience or 7-10 years' equivalent work experience.

  •  Proficient knowledge of: file maintenance, English grammar, appropriate standards regarding letters, memorandum, composition, and proper telephone etiquette
  • Advanced PC and software application skills
  • Excellent understanding of bank operating practices and procedures
  • Advanced interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Advanced organization skills; ability to handle multiple complex priorities simultaneously in a competent and professional manner
  • Ability to work with data/information requiring a high degree of confidentiality
