Part-Time RBT and BT at ExcelPrep

ExcelPrep is a specialized school dedicated to supporting children with Autism and Learning Disabilities. Position: Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) & Behavior Technician (BT)


Responsibilities


  • Direct Support: Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Data Collection: Accurately collect and record data on student progress and behavior.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including teachers and therapists, to ensure a cohesive approach to student support.
  • Communication: Engage with students and their families to provide updates and insights on progress.
  • Training: Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in behavior analysis.


Qualifications


  • For RBT: Must have a current RBT certification.
  • For BT: Experience in behavior support or related fields is preferred.
  • Education: High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology, education, or related fields is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, patience, and a passion for helping students succeed.
