  • The Finance-Tax Analytics & AI Analyst drives innovation, automation, and data-driven decision-making across Finance.
  • This role partners with Finance teams to develop analytics, streamline processes, and implement AI-powered solutions that improve efficiency, reporting, and business insights.
  • The ideal candidate possesses a blend of tax knowledge, technical expertise, and strong project management skills.
  • Responsibilities include developing Power BI dashboards, automating workflows with Power Automate, transforming data using Power Query, and building solutions with Microsoft Copilot Studio / Visual Studio Code and other AI tools. The role supports reporting and analysis across multiple ERP and ledger environments while identifying opportunities for process improvement and finance transformation.
  • This individual will independently manage multiple initiatives, coordinate stakeholders, maintain project timelines, proactively address risks, and ensure successful delivery of strategic finance technology projects. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills are essential, along with experience in Power Platform, Alteryx, financial systems, AI technologies, and continuous improvement methodologies.
