•$500/month car allowance

•$100/month phone allowance

What You’ll Do

•Actively engage attendees and create interest in Joyce products

•Coach and motivate team members on-site to improve results

•Build and develop a high-performing event marketing team through recruiting, training, and coaching.

•Manage relationships with event venues, coordinators, and partners

•Take ownership of market growth by identifying new partnerships, improving event performance, and expanding Joyce's local presence

•Support event setup and teardown as part of a hands-on team environment

•Consistently meet or exceed lead generation and appointment target

You’ll Be a Good Fit If You Have:

•2-5+ years of event marketing, retail sales, canvassing, or lead-generation experience

•Experience leading or mentoring others in a performance-driven environment (preferred)

•Strong communication skills and confidence approaching new people

•Willingness to travel throughout the Charlotte market

•Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as events require

•Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and continue growing an established market.

•Ability to lift and set up tents, tables, banners, and basic event equipment

Benefits

•Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance

•PTO and vacation time

•Car and cell phone allowance

•401(k) with a 25% uncapped company match

•Flexible schedule

•Employee discount on home improvement services

•Employee Referral Bonus Program

Why Joyce

•Over 71 years of proven success as a third-generation, family-owned company

•Opportunity for advancement as Joyce continues expanding into new markets
