The Event Coordinator at Midtown Loft & Terrace plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional event experiences at our prestigious Manhattan venue, known for hosting weddings, corporate events, private celebrations, and special occasions with stunning city views. Working within a small, dedicated team, the coordinator is responsible for managing client relations, event scheduling, and venue coordination to ensure seamless execution of each event.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client relations and maintain excellent communication throughout the event planning process
  • Coordinate and schedule events efficiently within the venue's calendar
  • Collaborate with venue staff to ensure successful event setup and execution
