Job description

Position OverviewWe are seeking an organized, professional, and outgoing individual to serve as our Office Coordinator & Brand Representative. This role combines front-office administrative responsibilities with customer-facing brand representation at events and off-site locations. The ideal candidate is personable, dependable, and comfortable interacting with customers both in the office and in our mobile showroom. Key Responsibilities Office Administration * Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately * Schedule appointments and maintain company calendars * Greet visitors and provide exceptional customer service * Office communications, messages, and follow-ups * Assist with general administrative and clerical tasks Brand Representation * Serve as a professional ambassador for the company * Educate customers about our products and services * Build positive relationships with prospective and existing customers * Support marketing and promotional initiatives Mobile Showroom Support * Staff and represent the company at off-site events, trade shows, community events, and promotional locations * Assist with setup, operation, and breakdown of the mobile showroom * Engage visitors, answer questions, and generate leads * Ensure the showroom is presented professionally and reflects company standards Qualifications * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities * Professional appearance and positive attitude * Experience in customer service, reception, administrative support, or brand promotion preferred * Comfortable working both in an office environment and at off-site events * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred * Ability to lift and move promotional materials and event equipment as needed Schedule * Full-time / Part-time (customize as needed) * Occasional evening or weekend event availability required
