Job description

Epic Security Specialist Epic Build The Epic Security Specialist will: Perform day-to-day Epic user providing, modifications, and deprovisioning Build and maintain security classes, templates, roles, and department configurations Troubleshoot access issues including missing activities, workflow restrictions, and template errors Perform periodic audits, access reviews, and support security/privacy compliance Support upgrade/release-cycle testing and validation for security changes Create and maintain provider SER records including credentials, specialties, and identifiers Coordinate with credentialing and HR for accurate onboarding and lifecycle management Requirements: Associate's degree in Computer Science required. Bachelor's degree preferred. 2+ years Epic user access/security administration experience preferred.

Provider data management or clinician onboarding workflow experience preferred Experience with SER build preferred Care Everywhere or EpicCare Link support experience preferred Understanding of healthcare privacy/security regulations Familiarity with ITSM/ticketing tools Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Strong customer service skills, detail-oriented and multi-tasking abilities on multiple projects Epic Security Certification preferred. We offer competitive base rates that are determined by many factors, including job-related work experience, internal equity, and industry-specific market data. In addition to base salary, some positions may be eligible for clinical certification pay and shift differentials.

The salary range listed for exempt positions reflects full-time compensation and will be prorated based on employment status.
