Position Overview
Buyer's Agent (Real Estate)
Become part of a team committed to offering a superior, consultative experience for homebuyers. As a Buyer's Agent, you will excel in generating leads, guiding clients through every step of the home buying journey, and building a lasting real estate career supported by comprehensive training, personalized coaching, and a supportive team environment.
Not licensed yet? No worries. If you qualify, we'll sponsor your pre-licensing courses and offer full support throughout the licensing process, so you can begin working with clients as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
What you'll do
  • Work with home Buyers and Home sellers to achieve the home related goals
  • Generate and follow up with leads using proven scripts and systems
  • Consult, educate, and qualify buyers to understand goals and guide decisions
  • Schedule showings, show homes, and attend open houses
  • Support negotiations and coordinate communication to achieve the buyer's goals
  • Manage required transaction documentation and help ensure a smooth closing
  • Track activity, follow-up, and pipeline inside our systems
Qualifications

  • Ability to set goals and follow through with consistent weekly effort
  • Availability and flexibility to accommodate buyer schedules (some evenings/weekends)
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Reside within ~40 miles of Wilmington (19803)
  • High school diploma or equivalent; authorized to work in the U.S.
Licensing + time commitment (success requirements)
  • You must obtain a Delaware or Pennsylvania real estate license before working with clients
  • If you are not licensed yet, you should be prepared to complete licensing in about ~90 days with consistent weekly progress
  • Minimum commitment: 20 hours/week (part-time) - full-time encouraged
  • This is an independent contractor (1099) opportunity (not W-2)

We operate primarily in New Castle County & Kent County (DE) and Delaware County & Chester County (PA).
